ESPN: Why are there no Black college football head coaches in the SEC?

Since NCMFC Executive Committee member Sylvester Croom became the first Black coach in the SEC, there have only been 4 Black HCs in the SEC. When told the pool of minority candidates is limited, Croom said: “Call me, because I’ve got a long list of them,”
