The NCMFC Convention will be the talk of the town. This highly anticipated event will include educational breakout sessions and networking opportunities. Come share your experiences and your love of the game with your NCMFC peers.
The NCMFC will recognize excellence in football, academics, philanthropy and service to the game amongst our coaches, players and supporters.
Our coaching clinics will be held around the country providing an opportunity for our members to participate in high-level training sessions to broaden their knowledge of the game on topics like practice scripting and game planning.
The NCMFC will create programming for our members, including a lecture series designed to advance their knowledge of each aspect of the game; develop positive relationships with players and/or student athletes, parents, fans and supporters; and how to market themselves as football coaches.

Job Board
NCMFC offers professional services to help you maximize your potential and secure your next big job. Our job portal provides access and information for exclusive opportunities as well as acts as a gateway to our NCAA and NFL partners. Additionally, we will provide resume building and interview training services to ensure optimal preparation for members.
Programs
Coaches Corner: In this speakers series, we look forward to bringing together a fantastic group of coaches, Athletic Directors /General Managers, players and industry insiders who will discuss a wide range of pertinent, current and interesting topics. This series will bring insights, answer questions and provide a high level discussion on matters that all coaches face.
This program is focused on the business operations of a football program. While these roles aren’t necessarily on the field, the incumbent must be knowledgeable about all aspects of the game. These operations are an integral part of building a successful program within the rules structure of your governing body.
Events
The NCMFC event schedule is under development. We are focused on the national and state responses to the Covid-19 pandemic and incorporate best practices of organizations like the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization to ensure that our events will be safe for our participants, hosts, service providers and everyone involved in putting on our events.
